My name is Teddy Lugeye holding a MSc in Biotechnology and BSc in Microbiology.
My work at The Ropes of Hope connects molecular biology and ecology, particularly studying coral reefs ecosystems and coral microbiomes to better understand reef health and resilience.
I am also involved in whale shark tourism and conservation initiatives in Mafia Island with Kitu Kiblu, promoting responsible and sustainable marine experiences.
